Denizens of the New York Stock Exchange may well soothe their raw nerves at the Setai Club’s new spa, located down the block from Wall Street. Opening by the end of August, the 15,000-square-foot spa and gym features 10 treatment rooms, all of which are designed to look and feel as welcoming as a private living room. Residents of the Setai will surely recognize the feeling, as the first 10 floors of condos will be ready for move-in this summer. (Approximately 50 of the 167 residences, priced from $700,000 to $6.75 million, are still available for purchase.)

But the spa is just one of the appealing amenities exclusive to members and residents of the Setai’s new private club and residential high-rise. In addition to enjoying the spa’s “aqua grottos” and relaxation lounge, residents will have exclusive access to an expansive rooftop lounge and a wine cellar. Benefits of club membership ($5,000 per year for nonresidents and limited to 500 members) include an annual allotment of spa treatments, access to private events, daily complimentary breakfast, concierge services, access to 150 private golf courses and country clubs around the world, and privileges and discounts at the club’s Sho Shaun Hergatt restaurant (which opened to the public last month) and area retailers including Saks, Hermès, Thomas Pink, and Canali.
