Aspen’s much-anticipated Residences at the Little Nell welcomed its first fractional owners in February. Located across a ski run from the Little Nell hotel, the 26 ski-in/ski-out residences feature interiors by Wilson Associates (the firm responsible for outfitting resorts as diverse as the Inn at Palmetto Bluff and Dubai’s Atlantis, The Palm resort), with limestone and dark-timber floors, hand-plastered walls, and copper accents. Some fractional shares remain for sale (pricing starts at $1.9 million for a one-eighth interest), and the residences and eight hotel rooms will be available for short-term rent.
