The Rancho Valencia resort in Rancho Santa Fe, California, has partnered with Timbers Resorts to assist with the sale of the final shares of Rancho Valencia’s 12 fractional-ownership villas (priced at $515,000 for a one-eighth interest). Since joining the project in January, Timbers has upgraded the less-than-three-year-old villas with new artwork, as well as new furniture in the bedrooms and in the living and dining areas. Additionally, owners can partake in the Timbers Reciprocity Program to experience the company’s other fractional properties, such as Castello di Casole in Tuscany and Botany Bay in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
